Tryilluminate’s Return & Exchange Policy

Your Satisfaction Matters

At Tryilluminate, we are committed to providing excellent service while maintaining a fair and transparent return process. Please read our return policy carefully before making a return request.

 

28-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We accept returns of Tryilluminate products purchased from www.tryilluminate.co within 28 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Support Team.
Items returned without prior approval will not be processed.

Eligibility

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

  • Items that have been opened, installed, or used may be eligible for a partial refund or may be declined if resale is not possible.

  • Returns received after 28 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for all approved change-of-mind returns.

Non-Refundable Items

Shipping fees and any AccuShield Shipping Protection are non-refundable.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support
    Email us at support@tryilluminate.co within 48 hours of receiving your order if there are any discrepancies, or within 28 days for general returns.

  2. Approval Process
    Once your return is approved, our team will provide you with detailed return instructions.

  3. Return Shipping
    You are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent using tracked postage to ensure traceability.
    Tryilluminate is not liable for lost or undelivered packages.

  4. Return Slip
    Include a return slip inside your parcel with your order number and reason for the return.
    Failure to include this slip may result in delays or a rejected refund.

 

Bundle Deals & Free Items

If you purchased a bundle deal that included a free item, this item must also be returned along with the rest of the bundle.

The “free” item is only free if the entire bundle is kept.
If you do not return the free item, we will deduct the full retail value of the free item from your refund.

 

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Products that have been opened, installed, or used may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

  • Items that are not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may result in a partial refund or no refund.

  • Returns received after 28 days from delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or not as described.

If you received a defective product, please contact us at support@tryilluminate.co with your order number and a photo or video of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll provide a free return label or shipping reimbursement and issue a replacement or full refund.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns, and returns must be sent using tracked postage for full traceability.

Tryilluminate is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or untracked packages.
Shipping costs and protection services are non-refundable.

For faulty or damaged items, Tryilluminate will cover or reimburse standard return shipping costs once confirmed.

 

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • If your refund seems delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

 

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items: Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

  • Shipping costs: These are non-refundable.

  • Protection services: Any AccuShield or similar add-ons are non-refundable.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

Tryilluminate is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
If tracking shows the package was delivered, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
Please contact your courier for assistance in these cases.

 

Cancelling or Amending Orders

We cannot cancel or amend orders 24 hours after they are placed.
For weekend or holiday orders, you may request cancellation within 48 hours of placing the order.

 

Your Legal Rights (UK Consumer Law)

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

  • You have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it and return it within another 14 days.

  • If you handle or use the product more than necessary to inspect it, Tryilluminate may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

  • You are responsible for return shipping on change-of-mind cancellations, unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund within 30 days of delivery.

  • If a fault occurs after 30 days but within 6 months, you may still be entitled to a repair or replacement, and if that fails, a refund.

  • These rights last up to 6 years (5 in Scotland) for goods that do not last a reasonable length of time.
